FAQ

Questions, answered.

The stuff people ask us most. If your question isn't here, just shoot us a note — we usually reply same-day.

For players

Coming out to a weekly game?

I've never played trivia before. Will I be totally lost?

Nope, you'll be fine. Our games mix easy questions with hard ones, the rounds move fast, and the host's job is to keep the energy up — not to make anyone feel dumb. First-timers are welcome at every venue.

How big should my team be?

Most teams are 4–6 people, but it's not really about size. We've watched solo players win and twelve-person tables finish in the middle. Bring whoever wants to come.

Is there a cover or buy-in?

Almost never. The venue brings us in to fill the room, so the games are free to play — just buy whatever you'd normally order.

Can I bring kids?

That's up to the venue. Most spots are family-friendly earlier in the evening and 21+ later. If you're not sure about a particular bar, message them directly — they'll tell you their cutoff.

How long does a game last?

Most weekly games run about 2 hours start to finish.

What do winners get?

Depends on the venue. Typical prizes are bar tabs, gift cards, swag, or pride. Some venues do bigger prizes for season finales or themed nights — those usually get announced the week before.

Do I need to sign up in advance?

No. Just show up. First come, first seated.

I want my favorite bar to host one of your games. Can you make that happen?

Best move: tell the venue. Bartenders, managers, owners — let them know you'd come every week. Venues bring us in because regulars ask. If a few of you mention it, it actually works.

You can also send the venue our way — point them at our booking page.

For venues

Thinking about adding a weekly night?

What do we need to provide?

Honestly, very little. We bring the host, the questions, the speakers, the laptop, the mic — everything that runs the night. From you, we just need a spot for the host to set up (a corner of the bar works fine), a power outlet, and ideally a TV or screen to display questions and visuals on. If you don't have a screen we can usually work around it.

How loud is it?

We tune the volume to the room. Trivia and music bingo fill the space without wrecking conversations at the back. Music madness is more energetic — closer to a bar concert vibe. We've worked everywhere from quiet pubs to packed college bars and adjusted accordingly.

What about music licensing?

We handle it. We carry the licensing required to legally play music for music bingo and music madness, so it doesn't fall on you.

What if the first few weeks are slow?

Totally normal. Almost every new trivia night starts small — three or four tables for the first few weeks. The longest partnerships we've ever had started exactly that way. Most venues see real growth in the 6–10 week range. We work with you on social posts, promo, and tweaking the format if needed.

How does pricing work?

We charge a flat fee per show, billed weekly or monthly depending on what's easiest for you. The exact rate depends on the format, location, and frequency. Tell us about your venue on the booking form and we'll send a real quote within 48 hours.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No long lock-ins. We work on a simple month-to-month agreement. Either side can give 30 days notice if it's not working.

What if our regular host is sick or out?

We'll never leave you dark. We have backup hosts in every region — if your regular host can't make it, you'll get a sub who knows the format.

Can we do themed nights?

Yes, and we love it. Decades trivia, holiday rounds, sports nights, custom themes for venue anniversaries — we've done all of it. Give us a couple weeks notice and we'll build it out.

For private events

Booking mini golf, foam, or a custom event?

How much does mini golf cost?

$499 for a 2-hour all-inclusive package. That covers setup, 40 putters, 40 balls, scorecards, the host running the course, and breakdown. Each additional hour is $150. Larger or longer events get custom-quoted.

How much does a foam party cost?

It depends on duration, space, and headcount — most foam parties run 1–3 hours. Send us your details on the booking form and we'll send a real quote within 48 hours.

Where can foam parties be held?

Outdoors only. Foam needs space to breathe and drain. Backyards, parks, parking lots, school fields, and outdoor venue spaces all work great.

Is the foam safe?

Yes — hypoallergenic, biodegradable, and skin-safe. Our standard pre-party briefing reminds everyone: no running or jumping in the foam, and stay aware of your surroundings.

How much space do you need?

Mini golf typically wants around 1,500–2,000 sq ft of usable space — we adapt the layout to your venue. Foam parties scale based on group size: a 30-person backyard event needs a different footprint than a 200-person school festival.

What's the travel fee?

We're based in Nazareth, PA. Events within 30 miles of Nazareth have no travel fee. Beyond 30 miles, we add a mileage-based travel fee — and we'll tell you exactly what it'll be when we send your quote, so there are no surprises.

How early do you arrive?

For weekly bar games, 15–30 minutes before showtime. For private events with full setup (mini golf, foam parties), 1–2 hours before guests arrive so we're ready when the first person walks in.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes — general liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance to your venue, school, HR team, or coordinator on request.

What if weather wrecks our outdoor event?

For outdoor events — especially foam parties — we'll lock in a rain date with you up front. We don't penalize for weather. We just want the event to actually happen.

Can you customize for our event?

Yes. Themed trivia, branded scorecards, color-coordinated foam, custom playlists for music madness, school colors, corporate themes — all on the table. The more notice the better, but we've turned around custom themes in a week before.

What's the minimum group size?

No hard minimum. We've done 20-person backyard parties and 500-person festivals. Pricing scales appropriately on either end.
